Student Medical Protection

As required by the Council for Private Education, a government statutory body, Ascend has purchased a group medical insurance scheme for our students which covers hospitalization and related medical treatment for their entire course duration. Minimum feature/coverage for medical insurance as per arrangement with HSBC:

• Annual limit not less than S$20,000;
• At least B2 ward (in government and restructured hospitals); and
• 24 hours coverage in Singapore and overseas if the student is involved in Ascend-related activities.

Below are details of the Medical Insurance Coverage and a copy of the Claim Form :

1. Master Insurance Certificate
2. Group Personal Accident Insurance
3. Group Hospital and surgical Insurance
4. Group Hospital and Surgical Claim Form
