The trainer will present key points regarding a communication process using audio and visual material through demonstration and invite you to critically reflect and share your own experiences, focusing on similar situations that you have faced when using these processes in your day-to-day work situations.
  • Work Time is when you are reading, writing and speaking in directly applying the points you just engaged with. Cooperative problem-solving is emphasised and the teacher will conduct small group and individual conferences with participants to monitor and review the application of knowledge.
  • Share Time is when you have the opportunity to share with the rest of the class how you used the skill or strategy just learned or reinforced through mini-presentations.
  • Wrap up Time is when the teacher will reflect on what has been delivered and what has been achieved and identify areas for continual improvement.
